benefit of the doubt!

well the other day i came across this line which really got me thinking.not that i am a profound person or something.its just that sometimes you come across thoughts which you cant really ignore.anyways as i was saying, the line went "i respect faith but it is doubt that gave me an education!" .and i thought how true.we are what we are because someone dared to doubt.we have our sciences because darwin decided that there was something wrong with the theory that the human species started when adam mated eve or because gallileo freed us from the notion that the earth was shaped as a saucer supported by elephants!revolutions freed number of people because some dared to doubt the divine right of the king to rule. if some women did not question the right of men to subjugate the "second sex" i wouldnt have been here sitting and typing this blog!so one must take nothing at face value or as given.not even what i have written now!well so my name...
